My monthly goals October

Hello October โ€ฆโ€ฆ

Fall is finally here and Iโ€™m really happy about it. Autumn is one of my favorite seasons. Here in Miami, there is not much change, it only feels a difference of 2 or 3 degrees less in temperature.

We have also officially entered the last quarter of 2018. The best times of the year. It feels so close to Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas! I still cannot believe that in just 3 months we will be in 2019. My mother always tells me that these are the months to reflect and of take a look at the goals we established in beginning of the year. For me it has been a very productive year. How about you?

For this month:

1. We will continue working hard on our fitness life. This month I set a challenge to run 100 miles in the whole month. I would have to run about 3 miles a day per week, which would be 18 miles a week.

2. I went to Cuba to visit my parents ๐Ÿ™‚ . I will also have some publications about this trip. What pictures would you like to see?

3. Iโ€™ll be sharing some beauty tricks and some ideas of gift lists for the next few months of celebration.
