Ingredients
1 cups pumpkin seeds
1 cups sunflowers seeds
1 cups almonds
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
In a skiller mix olive oil, brown sugar, vanilla and honey about 5 minutes until de sugar melts. Make sure the fire is at a low temperature.
Combine the sugar mixture with de dry ingredients
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350. Spread the mixture on a baking pan. Bake about 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let sit for an hour to cool. It’s ready to eat!😃
You can serve it with fresh fruit and yogurt. It’s so delicious. Enjoy!
