Salmon Recipe with Vegetables

500 g mushrooms
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
500 g carrots
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 filets fresh salmon
salt, pepper
Borsari seasoning to taste ( You can buy at Whole Foods)

To make a rich grilled salmon with vegetables, the first thing we have to do is wash and prepare the salmon. I usually use a ziploc bag, mixing olive oil, white wine and seasoning to taste and then let it sit for about 20 minutes in the fridge.

We add a tablespoon of oil to the skillet. While the skillet warms, we cut the vegetables and wash very well. It is very important to wash and drain the vegetables well. Puncture them until slightly tender.

In another hot skillet, place the salmon fillets with the skin down, about 5 minutes in the high heat, so that the skin is well browned, then lower the heat and turn, and leave another 5 more minutes to simmer. Ready to eat. Delicious recipe!
