Honestly, I have never liked cooking. I used to say I would be happy living in a house without a kitchen. However, since the beginning of this year, I’m seeing myself spending part of my free time looking for new recipes to try. Suddenly, now I love cooking! Last night I made this delicious recipe and I could not wait to share it with you. It is very easy to do. I really, really love seafood! I hope you enjoy it. What is your favorite recipe? What do you think about this recipe?
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon canola oil
12 ounces raw peeled and deveined medium shrimp
1 peach
1/2 cup thinly sliced yellow onion ( from small onion)
1 orange bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
4 teaspoons toasted sunflower seeds ( optional)
Directions:
Heat the canola oil in a skillet over medium-hight. Add the shrimp and next 3 ingredients, and cook, stirning often, until the shrimp are cooked through and the vegetables just begin to brown, 6 to 7 minutes. Add the housin sauce and sesame oil, stirring to coat. If desired, sprinkle with toasted sunflower seeds (optional)
